PRE-SCREENING

  • Clients will be emailed a pre-screening questionnaire 48 hours before arrival. 

  • Clients will be asked to cancel and reschedule appointments if they have any of the following symptoms, or have traveled outside of the country, attended a mass social gathering, or have come into contact with someone who has been ordered to self-isolate within the past 14 day

    • Sore throat

    • Fever

    • Cough

    • Runny nose

    • Shortness of breath

APPOINTMENT ARRIVALS

  • The clinic door will be locked,  patients are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If you arrive sooner than that, we ask that you wait in your cars.

  • At the time of your appointment, please call or text to notify us that you have arrived. There is also the option to self-check-in using the JANE Booking System – there is information posted on the veranda (outside clinic door) 

  • We ask that you not bring anyone else to your appointment unless required for mobility support. If a companion is required then they will also be screened with the Self Assessment Questionnaire. 

APPOINTMENTS AND ADMINISTRATION

  • Staff and clients will be required to wear face masks in all common areas. Hand sanitizer is provided for the use of staff and clients. If clients are unable to use hand sanitizer, we would ask that they wash their hands with soap and water in the washroom. 

  • We ask that clients use the washroom before coming to their appointment, as the clinic washroom is for 'emergencies only'.

  • The entirety of the appointments will remain in the treatment rooms whenever possible. Social distancing outside of the treatment rooms will be strictly maintained.

  • Paper receipts and documents will be not be provided unless required. Electronic copies of all documents will be available.

  • Contactless forms of payment will only be accepted at this time: e-transfers, credit card, or debit.

  • Patients with compromised immune systems or are at risk of serious complications are encouraged to avoid in-person treatments at this time.

  • Telehealth appointments are available with the Health Professionals that are able to accommodate these types of appointments.

CLEANING AND OTHER PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

  • Additional time between all appointments has been scheduled to allow for routine cleaning procedures.

  • Treatment room tables, doorknobs, and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected between all appointments.

  • Any exercise equipment, treatment tools, and administrative items touched during appointments are disinfected after client departure.
